There's a lot of noise in the AI space right now, and not enough signal. I started this blog because I wanted a place to cut through the hype and talk about what actually works. You'll find practical tutorials, real-world examples, and honest guidance on getting value out of your AI investments. If you're exploring agentic orchestration, building autonomous systems, or trying to put a number on the ROI of your AI spend, this is the kind of content I wish existed when I was figuring it out myself.
Background
I run Global Value Engineering at Nintex, an agentic orchestration company. In plain terms, I help organizations figure out how to get measurable business outcomes from their technology investments, especially around AI and automation.
I've spent my career bouncing between enterprise software, cloud architecture, and AI implementation. The companies have ranged from scrappy startups to Fortune 500s, but the focus has always been the same. How do you take what technology can theoretically do and turn it into something the business actually benefits from?
I came up through solutions architecture and technical consulting before moving into value engineering. Those years on the technical side gave me a healthy respect for the distance between a product demo and production reality. That gap is what this blog is really about.
